Okay it seems the issue is with your Hosting and many users have complaints regarding this (not only for Foodomaa but for other applications like WordPress too)
Apparently, the issue is with Bluehost's Mod Security plugin or something.
Kindly contact BlueHost and tell them the following:
Whenever a user tried to go to the /register route on my application on my domain, they get a 409 response. It might be because of the Mod Security issue, so please disable Mod Security for my domain or Whitelist my domain.
Then give them your domain name.
This should solve your issue.
