I hope you are doing well. I have see OD_Notify to users in settings.blade.php but that is disabled, how can i enable that and configure to OD_Notify to users.
I would like this feature but I think it is already there if you have TWILIO or MSG91 plan activated. you need to purhcase API or their plans
