If the store owner is on Order page and meanwhile there is a new order the Store owner Alert notification tone doesn't buzz.
And if he forgot to go back to the dashboard and remained busy with billing or any in house thing the order will be delayed for long or the customer can cancel the order.
I think the alert tone & order notification should buzz/shown even on the order page for new orders.
Please look into this matter on high priority.

It's not a bug. It's meant to be that way.
We expect the store owner to open at least the Dashboard or the Zen mode on a tab(which is not to be closed) and on the other tab do all the viewing.

Who works on the tabs in mobile browser? Just a simple way to have a notification/alert tone for new orders on the Order page.
What if one restaurant is in high demand, he has to keep opening a tab for received Orders?
Don't take me wrong Saurabh, This is not mine, it's a client requirement which we bring in your notice.
About the Zen mode, once the order is accepted it disappears from Zen mode, it doesn't show in the preparing order tab of Zen mode. Store owner has to go back to the Normal Dashboard to see the order details.
Please, I request you to think about this.

I totally understand. We will look into this in future updates.
But this has to be well thought first.
Scenario: If the store owner is browsing through the orders fast and is just about to click a different action or link, and at the same time a new order popup comes.
If the store order already clicked the link, the popup will just show for a second and it will disappear because of another action by the store owner.
In the Zen Mode, if the store owner accepts the order, the order has to moved to Preparing Section. (I just checked at my end, can you recheck that at your end.)

Right, you express the scenario correctly, this is the way we need to make great foodomaa to work.
I think you are trying only with the Delivery type order in Zen mode, have you tried with Self-pickup type order in Zen mode?
Please try with the Self-Pickup Order type in Zen Mode. Delivery Order shown in Zend mode, Please add the close button in top right corner for open order details in Zen mode.
