Important : complete order refund or order status change after delivery if customer not accept the order
The order which is delivered and there is any quality issue in that order and the customer refuses to accept the order then how to cancel the order or change order status Cancel or Refunded.
I think this should be an option because we are already returned to the customer. and this amount is not deduct from the store earning.
after the refund show order status : Refunded
