Allowing Store Owners to process the orders with their own delivery guys?

Hey guys,

Many of the Foodomaa users have been asking regarding this.
It is super easy just to give a couple of buttons on the Store Dashboard to Accept the delivery, Mark as Pickedup and Complete the order.

But there are complicated things involved with this and some of my concerns/questions/doubts are mentioned below:

When a restaurant wants to use their own delivery guys, do they want to use the Delivery Application? Or they just send their delivery guy with the parcel and when the delivery guy comes back they mark the order as completed?
Because the restaurant will now be handling the delivery, the Delivery Charge collected by the customer on the Checkout page needs to go to the Restaurant. Also, the restaurant should be able to define the Delivery Charges for their restaurant on the dashboard.
The Cash On Delivery cannot be enabled if the Restaurant is handling the Delivery as the cash collection from Restaurant is a big operational issue for the Admin. So only Online Payment will be applicable here.
The whole business is of Delivery and the brand name is associated with the Admin Business. When Admin manages the delivery, they can make sure their delivery guys are always at their best behavior when they interact with the customer. But by allowing the restaurant to use their own delivery guy, this cannot be monitored by the Admin and if something goes wrong the business reputation could take a hit.
Do we really need to worry about the 4th point or just focus on building this feature?

Let's discuss the possibilities of this.

point 3 is also very important as the reason for all this that store owner can control all the order and delivery is because millions of small restaurants out there that not take card on delvery and only work with COD so the cod need to work for this.

the german company dilverhero is using it this way so store owner can control everything and they are very successful with this way.

I have been using Foodomaa for more than 1 year, I do not have a delivery fleet, so I have implemented that the same restaurant is in charge of taking the order with its own delivery people.
I opted to charge them a Monthly Plan for the use of the Platform and they take care of everything, control their delivery and delivery time.
Point # 1 would be a good option, there are small restaurants that do not use a card and it would be a problem if it is only enabled for payment with cards.

It would be good if it implemented that the same owner in the panel could put that the order was accepted, was collected and completed without the need for the delivery application, it could be optional and would serve for owners of deliveries and those who do not have delivery.

I think my own courier should use the courier application so that customers receive notifications about the status of the order, if the restaurant itself marks it as delivered after the courier returns, then there is no point in using the application, this can be done by calling the restaurant's call center, and the site will simply collect the order online.

But if we come up with a button to turn on earnings for each courier, such a problem should not be if the restaurant makes delivery at its own expense or with its own courier, then we should be able to turn off earnings for this particular courier from this restaurant. And one more setting is needed in the restaurant, they can use their own courier or send a notification to other couriers from the delivery service
