Live Chat or Support Ticket Option are the best way to Communicate Directly with Admin if the Delivery boy or Customer Faced any Issue So they can open Support Ticket for Instant Resolution.

I think this one would be a very nice addition, indeed. Or just simply a whatsapp messenger, something like that.
