I would like my delivery people to take orders in chronological order (oldest to newest). Because sometimes a delivery person will take a more recent order because it pays better (the distance is greater or a nice tip).
Smaller deliveries stay down and accumulate time. This causes problems for the restaurant because they have already prepared the order and for the customer because they wait a long time.
On UberEats, Deliveroo, etc. The driver only sees one order and if he refuses, he doesn't know in advance if the next one will be better or worse than the previous one.
