Issues with Rating and Review for Self-pickup order

We noticed a bug on a collection order, the customer can rate the collection for the store, but also the rating is shown for the delivery driver, well under those circumstances, the driver rating shouldn't be there and if we leave it blank no rating or comment, it is a required field.

Can this be added to bugs list for changes.

PeterFoster The delivery rating and review is shown to the store owner too because sometimes the customer wrongly gives the review to the store when the delivery was the problem.

The ratings that the store has is only for its store and the delivery rating is not taken while calculating the average rating for that particular store.

Saurabh Hi, understood, but if a customer ordered via the app and chose collection and complete that order, in their order history, they can rate, but if it was a collection, when rating they can rate a driver, but there wasn't one as they collected it.

Plus noticed that when they collected can the delivered be changed to collect on that order if the delivery_type is 2 and 1 if delivered as is it.

PeterFoster Oh you are talking about the self-pickup order?
