Customizing the owner's panel

I need some changes to the app:

1) add a store open and close button on the owner's main screen (it's too bad he has to go into edit to open and close store all the time)

2) option to cancel order by owner, as only the administrator can cancel.

Can you tell me if it works like this on ifood too?
