alabtechnosoft only after payment done and order placed was the incorrect thing that we were doing. That's not how it should have been done.
We have made razorpay more secure and powerful with this.
(That's how all major platform works - also recommend method by Razorpay themselves)
Please check your cronjob password. It should have run properly.
Also check your application timezone in Admin > Settings > General
