Question about Order Schedule Module

The customer can schedule orders based on any payment gateway that is available. (by the Admin or the Store)
If the store is closed, the customer cannot select any slots and cannot schedule the order

Chh Yeah very interesting, but not on the roadmap.
The order schedule module is final, no changes will be made. Only bug fixes if needed.

Saurabh Creating a module with no intention of expanding or improving functionality in the future doesn't make much sense in my opinion. Better to think about a 2.0 version even on payment with additional functionality. Otherwise it would be necessary to write for ethics, that the module is born and dies like that, so that the user knows immediately that there will be no future developments and can decide to buy it or not, saying it afterwards is a negative boomerang in my experience. Knowing this, why should a user buy it knowing that the module is already "monk" by nature?My reasoning is not intended to be a controversy, I speak of personal experience in my work. Then every developer is free to work and create software as he wants, and I respect that.

Riccardo_S Module will give you certain power but in order to use that module you need core system. To implement user can order outside business hours requires huge changes in the front end as well as backend which is not feasible with current code structure.

Every business has different needs for order scheduling, we have already stated that only certain functions will be built.

P.S I never had the intention to build this module in the first place because I know how much customization will be required by every business. But the community members asked to create a generic function so it will be useful to every business without much customization or settings, and so we did.

Yes, a user will not buy it if the needs are not satisfied. Also already mentioned on the documentation.

@Saurabh - I am very happy that you released Order Schedule module, which was too much necessary, bought it, tasted it. but small hiccups.... don't know My suggestion works or not. if Admin can manually set specific time slot like 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM and store is open, @ 12pm when user schedule the order he can se slot added by admin in bold with custom short TITLE 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - FREE DELIVERY OR SAVE DELIVERY FEE, or changing the color with bold for admin set slots. so the user can feel it just by seeing... that would be grateful to admin who are doing business startups using this.....

Need to focus on saas or else it will never be completed if we continue taking requirements for every business use case. Everyone has a different use case, we cannot build everything in one application.

Only way would be to do the customisations on your own if that's critical for you.

Hi, does anyone know how to change the 30minutes intervals to like 5 minutes? The 30 mins window is just too big for self pick up orders. The food would probably already gotten cold if we don't know exactly in 5 minutes when the customer turns up.
