In v2.9.1, is ok to send the test email, but the Order Invoice Email is not working in Custom SMTP
Dming9999 Working fine on my end please check spam folder and also check SMTP config
Dming9999 if your test email work, then invoice email will work too.
Make sure the customer email address is correct, and check the spam folder or "updates", "promotion" folder on Gmail too.
NikhilJain is not on Spam or inbox, but the test mail and reset password email seems to receive without any problem.Saurabh

Dming9999 that's not an issue.
I just checked with custom SMTP, and its working fine.
P.S the order invoice is sent only after the order is completed. I hope you are not expecting the email to arrive after the order is placed.
Saurabh It works now after I switched OPT login back to email, clear all cache, run Fixed Update Issue and did some other changes like use COD(which it was disabled) bla..bla..bla
just dont know which one fixes the problem.....
but it seems working now, lol
