OD Notify Implementation

I think all are you doing well and also thanks for sharing many customize in this forum I appreciate that.
Actually, I am looking for OD Notify Enable Implementation.
Suppose, if customer placed an order then they will got a automatically msg from implemented sms gateway. Like as Dear, $users.
Thanks for placed an order.
Order no: .....
Total amt: ....

Thanks in advance if anyone share ideas or code.
