Hi, How much you guys are charging for delivery? Up to 5 Km I'm charging RS 50 then RS 3 extra per km, Still I'm on loss! Is there any better plan? please share your ideas...
Rahul for an additional km, the cost should be much higher, for example 5 km 50 and for each additional km 15 rupees

No business (food delivery) lives just by delivery charge only. Almost 100% delivery charge is for delivery team. You (admin/company) have to earn by restaurant commission and advertisement/review.
JusanSG But the issue is here restaurants are not willing to give commission. We are running in villages still difficult to survive.
Rahul So increase the price of your items by 10% for example and take a 10% commission at the restaurant
Most of the restaurants in the large delivery platforms increase the prices by 20-30% to compensate for the commission that the platform takes
