Why order can be accepted by 2 riders?

Hi, I have case in 2.9.1 which order today was accepted by 2 riders (they also can see the orders after accepting, on admin dashboard was only showing 1 order) and supposedly this should not happened right?

This order was made using partial/redeem wallet and cod

Sir @Saurabh any idea what to check and why this can happened?

Not quite sure how that was even possible. An order cannot be accepted by two different delivery guys. This has a restriction on the database level. On the accept_deliveries table, the order_id field is UNIQUE, so there cannot be two records with the same orders
