I have noticed that I am still facing issue while completing the order after the update to 2.9.1.
I have already applied that patch that has been shared here.
1) First issue is when I accept the order: its keep loading and takes around 10-15 secs do accept the order.
2) second issue is while I complete the order from dashboard. It show 503 error page.
3) Third issue is while completing the order from delivery app. It keeps loading...
Issue occurs when I complete self pick order from dashboard and even when I complete the order from delivery app.

josan420 have you enabled invoice for orders?
If your SMTP/email gateway takes time, the application cannot move forward.
Disabled it and check again.
Saurabh yes. I have enabled it. I am suing send grid. I disabled it now. Will test again and update you about the issue.
@Saurabh I can confirm that issue is resolved by disabling order email invoice. I checked a couples of orders and its working fine now. Will update u again if there is any issue.
