Order Schedule 24 time

How can i change the order schedule to show European 24hours time instead of AM/PM we don't use them here and nobody knows them,.

So it need to be shown lik this

9:00 - 9:30
9:30 - 10:00
10:00 - 10:30
10:30 - 11:00
11:00 - 11:30
11:30 - 12:00
12:00 - 12:30
12:30 - 13:00
13:30 - 14:00
14:30 - 15:00
Etc etc you get it

tusHedel Currently Foodomaa is based on a time system Y-m-d for the date, for example 2021-10-06 and h:i A for the time, for example 08:18 PM

For the European format we have to use a time system d.m.Y for the date, for example 06.10.2021 and H:i for the time, for example 18:18

It is necessary to change it in many places (on extended license I don't know). I'll try to look at it soon to find all the places that need a change.
