Installion Backup of .zip in public-html and sql in database not working

I have changed hosting provider, so i have installed my backup file into new hosting provider public-html and sql file into database.
But iam not able to access dashboard or /public or and stuck with 500 error while accessing domaimname/public
So what is the exact procedure for uploading the complete backup to new hosting provider using Cpanel.

Dont't forget te reset the setting like database_name database_user__ password website etc etc also check ENV. file
