How to modify Store Payout Request?

Hi, sir @Saurabh and everyone

can know how to modify the store payout request so that the 'amount' set will not apply to all restaurants owner?

as few city, all owners is demanding very low amount before the button 'payout request button can be turn on/activated

any trick or code adjustment?

For my opinion, maybe u can check database SQL and see column name under payout request and change the value. I think so.
