Make sure your website is over https.
Make sure there is nothing wrong with the manifest.json file.
The popup is only shown if the customer is on the homepage. (If a new user visits the website and goes to location selection and then goes to the homepage, the popup will only be shown on a reload of homepage.)

i rectified
i used custom css which changes the color of this with black
but bcz of that the promt become invisible
so i removed the css and its become visible
