Auto Send Notifications to users until order delivered.

Dear Foodomaa Users,
Is it possible to send notifications to user, when they placed an order then it's expected time is 45 Minutes but when it reached 48 minutes then auto send notification to those users who had placed an order.
Like as: Sorry For Delayed Your Order. (Maximum 2 times of interval )

it is best solution to reduce call cost.
