Wallet account with minus amount

Hello everyone,

I think it is really necessary to have the option to add wallet amount in minus. So, next time customers must have to pay any debt they have.

For example, customers order and do not receive the order due to any reason. We must have any option to fine him, so next time when customer order he must have to pay that fine. What is your opinion? and what you guys are currently doing to handle it?

Minus for delivery guy or customer?
Why would the customer need to clear the debt if the order was not received?

Saurabh minus for customer. There are few cases in cash in delivery orders when customer order us, and our rider reach to customer delivery location on that time customer refuse to take the order and ask for cancellation or simply do not pick up the call to receive the order in such cases we have no option to fine him in his wallet account so, next time in the bill customer also pay the fine.

Since there is no kyc or anything involved, the customer can easily create another account and place order from another account rather than paying the debt amount. Just saying.

But doing this will require many changes in the customer application as well as in the backend.
Not on our high priority as of now.
