One signal for dashboard notification bug

Hi, i have follow the instructions for settings the dashboard notification with one signal.
Everything work, but for one customer the notification stop working randomly. He is logged into the same account on different computers, This may be the cause of the problem ?

The bell at the bottom of the screen also disappears when it no longer works.
It is difficult to give you more information because there is no error message and it happens randomly.

If the device that the store owner is logged in into doesn't support push notification or if the push notification have already been disabled or if there is some problem with the push notification initialisation, then the bell icon might not show up.

But I am not quite sure if the notification will work on multiple devices with same store owner account.
@NikhilJain the store owner push notification works on multiple devices right? Or we need multiple accounts for the same store for that?

Saurabh need to check subscribers list in onesignal. I guess it will work with single account and multiple devices
