What I did was comment out the DeliveryController.php file where the commission and tip are sent to the wallet. Because, again, it doesn't make sense for a user to have two accounts to access the application, one as a customer and one as a delivery person. I don't like to say this, but people in general are laymen. It's up to us to create facilities for them. As I did, the delivery money is not sent to the wallet and with a single login the delivery person can make their purchases and also use the wallet for other purposes.
