Terminal print error

Hi @Saurabh
We're facing issue with auto printing module. When we get new order, it will send the command to print the data but we're getting the error message as "Failed to copy file to printer". It seems there is some issue with web socket connectivity. As for now, the socket connection used ws://127.0.0.1:6441.

the terminal print works and is compatible but unfortunately when clicking print or auto print is says "“failed to copy to printer"

Dailylot Check on your windows system if Printer sharing has been enabled for that printer driver.
@Mani do you have any docs for this?

Saurabh I have the terminal on usb do I need to enable sharing also? I will look for it

Saurabh hi manual printing not works, however automatic still doesn’t work. It won’t send anything to printer.

@Saurabh thanks it work, I just enabled Sharing printer in printer settings

Dailylot automatically printing means only when the store owner clicks Accept Order. (And automatically printing settings should be enabled first) and I hope you are on Foodomaa 2.9.2+

Saurabh I’m on 2.9.1 auto printing is enabled and I have tested manual click on accepting. Unfortunately doesn’t work.
