Android App- play store publish procedure

It will be great if Admin team create step by step procedure to upload the Customer Android app in the play store similar to Foodomaa script.
is there any additional settings required at customer app end for non registered push notifications. Not getting push notifications in app for non registered app users.
Again, if we have clear procedure, it will be easy for beginners similar to me.
