Hi, I purchased the Thermal Printer Module and was hoping it would work for any devices that are connected to the same LAN, however it seems like it would only work on a PC / Machine that has the printer service running on it. With current days, most stores would be running a tablet / phone for online orders rather than a dinosaur age PC / Laptops on their counter.
Could somebody out there share if you have managed to get a LAN printer or even shared LAN printer to work for tablets or phones that accepts orders to print customer orders without having to go to the PC that has the print service running to print orders from there?
