Enhance Promo Sliders Show by Area of Customer

anyone can do for promo slider, i want it can be shown and restriction by area/location

use custom URL and configure as per you needs

kdev Promotion --> Promo Sliders -->Add Slide --> Link Slide to (Customer URL) Enable Location restriction
