Hide whatever is not permitted to staff members

Is there any way to hide whatever permission is denied for that specific staff member?
Right now, the user "staff" is receiving "403 | User does not have the right permission".

Also, I need to hide customer data from staff members for privacy in the "orders" TAB. Any quick way to do that?

ShauryaSaxena We cannot add checks on all the buttons/links (that will be a huge change on all the files). If the permission is not allowed then the button will still show up but upon click, it will show the Permission not allowed message.
