Location Setup Page

Can someone kindly help me to set up the first page as a Location setup?

This seems to be more effective in setting up the location on the very first step.

We have removed this in 3.0+ for better user experience.

ali this you can't do this after version 3.0
Till 2.9.2 this option was there after that customer can able to directly land homepage based on the popular location.
