can u consider to add like auto refresh concept at customer side > my orders
As like us, many of our customers after place order they will stay at my orders for quite long time
And issue is sometimes, the order has been cancelled by store owners and they didn't get latest update and keep waiting as order show order placed for long time
So, my suggestion is having like auto refresh with certain default time to ensure latest order status is refreshing there (my orders)
