Is there some way to create a role like Store Attendant... only to see the Store Dashboard, view orders, print orders, but don't manage the items, addons, categories.

Yes, you can.
Create a new role as Store Attendant from
Foodomaa Admin Panel > Users > All Users > Manage Roles & Permissions.
Select the required permissions & create a role. Then assign this role to the required user.

Those permissions are all to admin management... I need a role like the store owner,but restrict to some menus from stores
