Want to make changes in Tawk To Chat

Hi, I have just purchased a Customer App from foodoma and Freefuga has just done a setup, Now, I want to bring some changes, like I want to hide the Tawk.to chat from the mobile version, I am making changes but no change is taking place. please, someone, help me to know, where or which files can I change to bring the desired changes.

I have removed tawk.to code from Index.html , I hide and brought changes in admin panel of foodoma, I even changed settings from Tawk.to admin panel. no any changes are happening . I uninstalled and reinstalled, but no changes.

Please help.

Hi, Thanks for your input, I am not using cloudfare, I am using a simple Cpanel hosting.

All changes are happening correctly if we are visiting the website, or downloading the app from the TWA web link. but the application downloaded from the play store is not showing any change, although I have cleared cache, updated from the admin panel, etc.

All changes are reflected on the website and TWA downloads except the Play store download which I purchased from foodomaa.

I hope @[deleted] @saurab sir, and others will give their input and help.
