Store Scheduling (Open/Close)

Hello,

Someone kindly helps me to know which option should I choose for my Store Schedules.

Generally, my stores are either opening in the morning and closing in the evening or some stores open in the evening till 11:45 PM. There is no off/holiday.

Kindly help me to know which option from the below picture should select,

Whatever the data might be for the opening and closing time, the Cron job should always be set to Once per minute

Yes, I did bro, there is a difference of a few hours, I am not sure why this is happening, my time zone and stores timing and hosting time zones are the same!! I don't know what is the issue!

php_value date.timezone 'Asia/Karachi'
