Stick to your pro/advantage side and ignore what is not possible(like Investing 100Cr. into marketing). You know your city better than any huge corporation. Do a survey from time to time and keep close touch with your regular customers. Use a very strong social media presence, locally. Give gift hampers to your regular customers and showcase it using Facebook and Instagram. Do not try to become the next zomato/swiggy because it's not possible using a script you found online for a few bucks. One Important thing to note which I have repeatedly said: ZOMATO/SWIGGY is not about the food, it's a logistic company. Be the best logistic company in your area and you can easily co-exist and can even beat ZOMATO/SWIGGY if done right.
