joilson007 It's on review process on CodeCanyon, will probably be accepted tomorrow.
But we have started releasing 3.5 update along with store app manually for those who have purchased Store app (one by one)

About 15 customers have already got the update.
Rest will get by tomorrow and day after tomorrow (according to their position in the queue)

@BiswajitNandi I Just Started to use the Store partner App.

Missing option for adding new products.
All my stores are set up for auto-accept orders because sometimes restaurants will not manage it properly, and my orders will get delayed.
The thing is there's no notification in Auto-accept mode in the Store App, Please enable notification tune even in Auto-accept mode. (I was using an App created by Biswajith and it has that feature)

Rahul I don't understand. Notification is meant for accepting the order. If orders are auto accepted, what's the need of notification? And If you want the store owner to see the order, then why auto accept?

Item adding, add-ons management and all needs to be done from the store owner dashboard. (Atleast till when we decide if that is needed in the application or not)

ShauryaSaxena We are running business in Villages where Swiggy and Zomato don’t want to run!
It was good if restaurants will monitor orders and accept, but most of the time they will not even enable internet on their phones.

This will cause our orders will get delayed, or cancelled.

Auto accept we enabled bcs delivery boy will get notified and he can go and collect the orders.

Again there will be delay in order delivery, it will be helpful if notification will work even in auto accept mode. So both delivery boy and Restaurants will get notified.

Saurabh for future, to satisfy both people business, maybe can add switch button ask the owner of the platform to allow store android app 'add item and addon'.

if yes, then the store owner app will have button to add menu, if no, it will just make as current default which dont have to add menu button as some owner like me dont prefer store owner to have easily access to add item/menu as some of them is not make up the price and didnt notice us as we already have table commission of food price

Abiz009 I don’t want to customise the script, I used whatsapp order before and it has some issues.
I brought socket push service also from Foodomaa for notifications!!

Abiz009 We have already spend for Vendor app, and socket push service, so it will be good if Vendor App will give notification even in auto accept mode, then no need any customization.

push notifications are not getting popped up on customers mobile, since yesterday i have been facing this issue

what would be the problem for this or else do i have to enable any settings

First of all, I am not from the team building this app, so I am not biased here. This is purely community focused opinion.
The thing you are asking for is additional customization. As a restaurant owner & app owner both, I don't understand if I turn off my internet, how will I even receive in-app notification or even whatsapp notification!! What's the point here? Am i missing something? You need to make your store owners understand that they need to turn on Internet all the time and disable auto-accept. Let store owners accept order request. Believe me, your order timing and flow will get enhanced doing so. Rn if the order is accepted by admin, the sound stops on store owner app. The notification is meant for an action that needs to be taken care of. When I don't need to do anything (Like press a button on the app), why I need that ring? Just to see what the order is!! Doesn't make sense to me.
My suggestion: Don't just give them an app, educate your store owners about the app.

ShauryaSaxena As I explained we are running in villages, so some practicality issues always.
I have shared problems that I'm facing with my experience, the feature I'm requesting will not harm anyone right? but it will help our business.

1) What will do if the restaurant does not accept orders? (if they are not online or for any other reason, In our area, only one or two persons are managing a restaurant and they will be busy always). Then the delivery boy also will not get notified right? As the result, the order will be delayed/canceled, need to do a refund, it will affect our reputation, etc...
2) If restaurants get notified in auto-accept mode also,
At the same time delivery boy also will get a notification and both will be alert and there is no chance to get the order delayed or canceled. It will not be mandatory to accept orders from the restaurant.
ShauryaSaxena I'm sharing issues with my experience and the situation will not be the same for everyone in this forum. Will this feature harm your business at any point?

If there is no logical explanation for why a certain feature is needed on Foodomaa (or any product), we cannot approve it on for our roadmap.

Just because a certain 'feature' won't harm, we cannot start working on that.

Saurabh I didn't mean that they will be offline always, but sometimes they will be offline or busy.
In Villages, there will not be a dedicated person to manage orders.
My point is if the restaurant is not accepting orders then the order will be getting delayed.
But most of the time they will monitor orders.

I have enabled auto-accept when I was using app created by @BiswajitNandi, notifications were working perfectly for both delivery boys and restaurants. The benefit is delivery boys will get notified even if the restaurant does not accept orders. Restaurants also get notifications if they are online. No delay in Orders.
