Having Issue with Google Play

My customer app was removed on Playstore, because they can't access the privacy policy inside my app. They need to login, but they can't because I'm using the OTP verification.

I can't provide them a demo username and password because of the OTP verification which foodomaa team recommends.

I think it is better for users to access the privacy policy and other pages without logging in.

P.S. I'm back to Email/Username and Password to let them in.

Hi, Temporary disable OTP Login, and create one test user account and submit to play console >Privacy>App Content>App Access>Add newly created user account credentials and submit for review.

But for future users, Maybe there is better a solution that dont need to change the otp verification as this maybe flaws for the app security.

Google need 72 hours, that means 72 hours without the otp verification. It may affect the security of the app. (The reason foodomma team recommends to use the otp).
