Riju You just need to upload the old database backup on the new server and all your database will come back.
Just make a zip file of your data in the file manager, download it, upload it on new server and extract it.
Now change database details in the .env file to your new server database details.
Upload the database to your newly created blank database on your new server.
Thats it.
