tifey I don't think default of foodomaa Add-On will work in your case since even if you create add-on it will be static value and you can't customize it on same product.
what you can do:
1, Create Regula pizza as single product and create add-on for it as cheese [rs.50]
2, Create Medium pizza as other product and create add-on for it as cheese [rs.80]
