About Procedure To Transfer Extra Unused "Foodomaa+Add On" License (Freelancer)

I'm FREELANCER from India.

I had purchased License of "Foodomaa+AddOn" on behalf of client,
But for some reason, license is unused.

Acc to Envato, License can be transferred in case of freelancer.

How can I sell my extra license with some discount to someone needed
And Transfer my License from My Envato account to their Envato account?

Can Author/Member Guide how can I do it? Procedure to do same. Little Urgent.

I too have the same one
But only Foodomaa Script, unused license.
