I have raised a ticket, #15662, requesting you to please make few changes to my android app so that I shall be able to get my Tawk.to chat working on my android application. the developer of tawkto has advised me following:
"If your using the Android WebView please enable options for allowing javascript
webView.settings.javaScriptEnabled = true
webView.settings.javaScriptCanOpenWindowsAutomatically = true
Are you whitelisting our urls? As in the server urls?
Are you whitelisting cookies?
How is the widget embedded in their webview? Via an iframe? If via iframe, is 3rd party cookie enabled? https://developer.android.com/reference/android/webkit/CookieManager#setAcceptThirdPartyCookies(android.webkit.WebView,%20boolean"
