New order Push notification missing in Store app

Sir, any solution found? When a new order arrives, push notifications into the phones of all models.

Push notifications are working properly on many phones, but in many phones (same company), push notifications only work when the Android Store app is opened. Sometimes push notifications to come in 4 to 5 minutes. There are no notifications for closing or minimizing the Store App.

baljit1221 cannot guarantee anything if you donot have the SocketPush service.

And we have fixed the issue, delivery of the Store Partner app has started and in 2-3 days it will be delivered to all.

Delivery Partner app notification issues fixes will follow after that.

Saurabh Sir, we have also bought a socket push. However, sometimes push notifications are delayed. And many phones don't have notifications.

baljit1221 no problem, just wait for the next release. You will soon get an update. We have fixed the issues.

Note: the issue is only with Chinese OEMs like older models of Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo etc. Other brands like OnePlus, Samsung etc has no issues.

These Chinese OEMs has issues because to provide a better battery life they immediately close all the apps that are running in the background. We had to do alot of things to overcome this.
