Vitali - create a different window for whatsapp, it will work fine. if U R using whatsapp for contact services then can get refer from https://localbazaar.com.np inspect the element to get html and css. and paste it on your custom html in translation and custom css on backend settings.

Vitali all 3rd party links should be working fine on any version of Foodomaa, there has been no changes in that aspect in 3.5
