403 error in localhost/foodomaa and white screen in http://localhost:3000

I installed extended version in my localhost following the tutorial, the admin page works well (localhost/foodomaa/public)
But the application page (localhost/foodomaa) just show 403 error https://prnt.sc/bPQWuI_-BgCE (Console don't show anything)

When i start the development with npm start the http://localhost:3000 just show white screen https://prnt.sc/9vXk9lS0cRm8

SilvanoPinheiroAlves looks like your local Apache server is not up and running. Make sure Apache is working with mysql.

And use 127.0.0.1/foodomaa
