JusanSG Delivery charge becomes zero above a certain order amount. The actual delivery charge stores the actual delivery to calculate delivery person fees.
I think this is because of the function of free shipping H amounts, even if the delivery will be free for the client the courier in any case will have to calculate the cost of delivery
