I share some features that I would like to see in the SaaS version.

When the store is closed option to see the working hours in customer app.
Quick edition prices, title, photo (something similar to the store app) in store panel.
Mass edition of prices by amount or percentage in store panel. Eg, increase by 5% all the prices of the products that are published within a certain category or the prices of selected products.
For a product to be configured as recommended, the photo must be mandatory.
Discount coupons with scheduled days/times and for all or some payment methods.
Automatic discounts or surcharge (fixed amount or percentage) for certain payment methods.
