I checked the email gateway logs but sadly couldn't find any error logs associated with sending emails.
Kindy try with a different email address or check the SPAM folder.

Direct database access is not possible, but let's discuss this over ticket so that we could standardize your system and integrate it with the new platform (if it's feasible) and you will be getting an API to fetch the order data. (Possible but requires some decision making)

      I think I missed some of the previous discussions. Could you please explain how the new platform works for the old foodomaa buyer? Like I purchased the 3 apps (store, rider, customer) do I need to upgrade to pro with additional fee? Or it's free for the old buyers?

        While upgrading from Free Plan to the Pro Plan, there is a one-time Platform Charge of $49 (INR 3699)
        This one-time platform charge can be removed if you have a valid Foodomaa License (Regular/Extended)
        Once you upgrade to the Pro Plan, the pricing/transaction fee will be locked for you for 1 Year.

        This offer is valid only till 19th August 2022.
        After 19th August, when the new pricing is released, this offer price won't be applicable for new signups.

        (Transaction fee of 1% per completed order is applied to the Pro Plan)

        In short, no need to pay the onetime platform charge, and no need to pay for any new apps. Only 1% transaction fee for each completed orders.

          Saurabh i am not using any online payment in my current platform . so i will do in the new one , so i dont get your point from linking this issue to Razorpay gateway

            JohnPaulMayuga after adding the Maps API keys you need to wait for atleast 10minutes before it is activated from Google Console.
            (And make sure your map api keys are correct)

              esrour it's not about if you are using any online payment gateway or not, it's about how will you pay the transaction fee to us when Razorpay doesn't even accepts payments from your Country.
              (As you need to pay 1% transaction fee to us for each completed orders, so how can we get that payment from you?)

                Saurabh sure i got ur point, but there are thousand ways to pay you, i am running foodomaa for almost 2 years and it is very successful business so stopping update then not allowing to use the new platform its quite annoying

                  Is Zen Mode no longer available? When I try to access this mode from the store panel I am redirected to the store dashboard.

                    I have been doing some tests to understand some functions of the new platform, everything is very interesting. However, I am a bit concerned about two things.
                    The first is the language, I currently have 3 different languages ​​configured. Do I have to do the translation job line by line again or will I be able to export/import the lines in common between the old version and the new one?
                    On the other hand, my index.html file contains custom meta tags in order to achieve a better position in search engines, prevent Google from offering the translation to users, etc. Will I be able to include these meta tags in the new version?

                      The possibility of sending OTP by WhatsApp has been discussed many times and, on some occasion, this function was announced as being present on the new platform at some point. Is this still valid? Will we have this feature on the new platform?
                      And regarding Zender as a gateway for SMSs, is there any progress? I have that script working and I am willing to collaborate so that they do the necessary tests.
