  • How to remove One-Time Platform Fee in the new platform?

Note: The one-time platform fee can only be removed if you upgrade to the Pro Plan till the Offer Period (19th August)


▶ Procedure


  1. Signup for Foodomaa
    https://foodomaa.com/signup

  2. Complete the onboarding process and on Admin Dashboard you will find the "Upgrade to Pro" button (on the top-right corner of the screen)

  3. Create a ticket on https://support.foodomaa.com and provide the following:
    Ticket Title: One-Time Platform Fee Removal
    Message: Provide your valid Foodomaa License Key as well as the Brand name that you have signup in the new platform.

Within a few hours, the One-Time platform fee will be set to Zero (0) for your account.

Hello, Just want to ask if after I remove the One-Time Platform Fee is it required to use the new platform ASAP or I can still use the old one?
