  • Image dimensions in the new platform

Following are the recommended image dimensions for the new platform:

Store Images: 480x480

Item Images: 486x355

Promo Slider (Main/Primary Position): 480x192

Promo Slider (Secondary Position): 400x400

Store Category Slider: 400x400

Notification Images: 1600x1100

Delivery Partner Photos: 250x250

Note: If you are uploading images manually to the above entities, a crop window is provided in the exact specification above, so you do not have to worry about image dimensions anymore.
But, if you upload the same via MediaManager, you will need to take care of the Image Dimentions prior to the upload.

Hi, I think there is an error in the size of the store logo image.
I made a 480x480 px test image and the results can be seen in the following images.
In the first image, it is seen how the box to crop does not cover 100% of the surface of the image. For this reason I uploaded the image through media manager and then selected it as the store logo but it still doesn't show up completely in the app (second image). The image I used for test is the third one.

    Carlos Use your mouse scroller to zoom in/zoom out to adjust the image so that the whole image can be taken.
    There is no error with the resize function.

        Saurabh Yes! I searched for the function to zoom in or out but I couldn't figure out how to do it. Thank you very much for the clarification!

            Carlos if you are using a laptop just pinch to zoom in or zoom out on the track pad.

            If you are using a mouse then use mouse middle scroll wheel to zoom in or zoom out.

              after linking the custom domain, will this change to the custom domain?
              or only the admin can use the Copy URL option in Media Library & hidden for Store and Staff.

                RohanGaurat no CDN url will always display that. Image URLs cannot be changed. It is only used internally. (i.e URLs are not visible to any customers directly)
