Firstly, you had to check with us prior to the migration, and get the confirmation then when your custom integration can be done. We cannot simply push any custom code the the platform unless we verify and check the code and it's also depends on the work that the development team is currently ongoing.
Yes, I know that we promised you that when you onboard with us, we will do the integration, but the timeline for the same was not coordinated.
Your sms gateway was not scheduled with Pickup & Drop module update, it is only after that.
The Pickup and Drop module was released yesterday, and we will be checking your SMS gateway code today in the evening and if all is well, it should be available in 48hours.
Again, if the time schedule/migration was coordinated properly, then we would first integrate the code before your migration and will not let you migrate and have issues like this.
